Clinics Target Specialty Pharmacy For Unwanted Fax Ads
The owner of 11 health care clinics in Pennsylvania on Monday accused Curexa, a compounding and specialty pharmacy based in New Jersey and Chicago, of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending unsolicited advertisements to a proposed class of physicians and patients over fax.
