    Insurer Says It Needn't Indemnify Co. In $26M Pipeline Dispute

    National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh has asked a Georgia federal court to find that it isn’t responsible for indemnifying Latex Construction Co. in arbitration with a contractor that seeks nearly $26 million for corrosion damage allegedly stemming from the insured’s installation of a natural gas pipeline.
