    Nestle Hit With Labeling Suit Over Lean Cuisines Preservative

    Nestle supposedly tricks consumers into buying some of its Lean Cuisine frozen meals by labeling them as free of preservatives, even though they in fact contain a well-known preservative, according to new complaint filed Monday in federal court on behalf of a proposed class of New York shoppers.
