    CFPB Accused Of Withholding Public Arbitration Study Docs

    Limited-government organization Cause of Action Institute on Tuesday told a D.C. federal court that the CFPB is wrongly withholding public documents about a study the agency used to draft its proposed rule banning consumer financial services providers from using mandatory arbitration clauses to prohibit customers from filing or joining class actions.
