    Audi Can't Toss Last Claim In Fight Over $17M Dealer Sale

    A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday flatly rejected Audi of America Inc.'s last-ditch effort to avoid a trial against Wyoming Valley Audi over a $17 million dealership sale, scrapping the luxury car giant's arguments that it didn't renege on the parties' dealer contract by interfering in the sale and preventing Wyoming Valley from relocating its dealership.
