    EEOC, DC Restaurant Settle Sex Orientation Bias Suit

    The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Friday said a Washington, D.C., restaurant has agreed to a deal to settle the commission's sexual orientation harassment lawsuit against it that would see a gay former server who was allegedly subjected to homophobic epithets get monetary relief.
