    Sound Around Must Pursue GoPro Elsewhere, NY Judge Says

    A Manhattan federal judge on Friday dismissed camera maker Sound Around Inc.'s Lanham Act lawsuit accusing rival GoPro Inc. of meddling in its relationship with Amazon.com, ruling that the complaint failed on jurisdictional grounds but remarking that the plaintiff may have a viable case in another forum.
