    Judge Won't Let Snapchat Out Of Vaporstream Patent Row

    A California federal judge on Tuesday refused to grant Snapchat's bid for an early exit from Vaporstream's patent infringement suit over methods to reduce the traceability of electronic messages, saying that competing expert testimony from both parties created a dispute of facts under the two-step Alice analysis of patent eligibility.
