    Bid To Make Del. Patent Case Transfers Harder Axed By Judge

    In granting Nintendo of America's motion to move a patent suit out of Delaware, a federal judge has ruled that patent owners cannot argue that companies registered to do business in that state are barred from seeking to transfer patent suits against them for improper venue.
