    A Michigan federal court on Monday tossed a fraud claim against a coffee company executive in a breach of contract suit involving $134,000 of expected royalty payments in exchange for the right to use Marco Andretti's name and image to market the company's products, ruling the race car driver failed to state a plausible claim.
