    Gilstrap Says Remote Workers Don't Anchor Uniloc IP Suit

    Eastern District of Texas Judge Rodney Gilstrap has dismissed a patent suit that prolific plaintiff Uniloc USA Inc. brought against cloud computing company Nutanix Inc., ruling that 19 Nutanix employees who work remotely in the district do not give the company a place of business there.
