    Insurer Sues Manufacturer For $3.75M Freezer Fire

    A commercial refrigeration manufacturer on Tuesday got a negligence suit by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Co. removed to California federal court that claims alleged flaws with one of the manufacturer's freezers caused a large fire that temporarily shuttered a Jewish Temple in Orange County, causing Philadelphia to pay out a $3.75 million insurance claim.
