    The U.S. Chamber of Commerce won its bid Tuesday for a preliminary injunction blocking Seattle's law giving for-hire drivers working for companies such as Uber and Lyft the right to unionize, saying the potential harm to ride-hailing companies' business model while the case is pending outweighs the city's interest in implementing the law.
