The Cheyenne River Sioux tribe on Friday dropped an attempt to block Dakota Access LLC from putting oil into its pipeline at a disputed North Dakota site, in light of the fact that oil has been flowing there since March, when the D.C. Circuit rejected the tribe's emergency bid to stop it.
