Orbital ATK Must Face Rival's Trade Secret Theft Suit
A Virginia federal judge on Friday trimmed two claims from space technology company SSL's suit accusing rival Orbital ATK of stealing its trade secrets through a shared NASA server, but refused to toss the suit, saying SSL had adequately pled the majority of its allegations.

Orbital ATK Says Rival's Data Breach Suit Is Retaliation
National Aeronautics and Space Administration contractor Orbital ATK asked a Virginia federal judge Friday to toss a competitor's allegations of trade secrets theft, saying the suit is a "baseless retaliation" for a separate lawsuit it filed challenging a separate government contract award.

Orbital ATK Sued Over Proprietary Space Tech Data Breach
A National Aeronautics and Space Administration robotics and satellite technology contractor says that Orbital ATK Inc. employees accessed at least four highly sensitive documents containing proprietary data on a NASA server, and it filed a lawsuit in Virginia federal court Wednesday to try to mitigate the damage.
