    6th Circ. Revives Malpractice Suit Over Leg Amputation

    The Sixth Circuit has revived a woman's suit alleging a doctor's failure to properly diagnose a lack of blood flow led to her leg being amputated, saying the district court's findings were internally inconsistent and that it was wrong in its interpretation of her experts' opinions.
