    US And Sunoco Settle Suit Over Pipeline Spill

    The U.S. government and Sunoco Pipeline LP have reached a proposed settlement of nearly $1 million in a lawsuit launched under the Clean Water Act over a 2012 pipeline spill that spewed 1,950 barrels of gasoline into two waterways and forced the evacuation of 70 people, according to documents filed in Ohio federal court.
