Air Methods Investors Look To Stall $2.5B Sale Deadline
Air Methods Corp. shareholders suing over the helicopter medical transporter's proposed $2.5 billion sale to American Securities LLC urged a Colorado federal court Wednesday to pause the expiration of the tender offer for their shares, saying Air Methods must first answer questions about its finances.

Air Methods Corp. investors accused the company's board of agreeing to an undervalued $2.5 billion sale to private equity firm American Securities LLC in order to wash their hands of a meddling activist investor, according to a complaint filed in Colorado federal court Monday.
