    Staffing Co. CEO Loses Fight Over Contract Case Jurisdiction

    The CEO of Michigan-based Fleet Staff Inc., which provides staffing for a number of industries such as warehouses, airports and hospitality, cannot wriggle out of being sued in Illinois federal court for the nonpayment of $165,000 to Florida company Personnel Staffing Group LLC, U.S. District Judge Thomas Durkin ruled Monday.
