    Florida Hotelier Faces Sales Manager's FLSA Overtime Suit

    Hospitality company Atlantic Hotel Group Assets LLC on Thursday asked to remove to Florida federal court from state court a proposed Fair Labor Standards Act class suit brought by a sales manager, saying that the federal court has jurisdiction because the overtime suit involves a claim alleging violation of federal law.
