The Republican attorneys general of 15 states piled onto a suit that challenges the constitutionality of a regulation rollback law, the Congressional Review Act, on Wednesday, telling an Alaskan federal court the law is perfectly constitutional and urging it to toss the suit and "preserve this important procedural tool."
