A Maryland federal judge on Thursday told a man accused of sending a seizure-inducing tweet to journalist Kurt Eichenwald, who has epilepsy, that he could not escape Eichenwald's battery claim against him, saying Eichenwald has adequately claimed the man posted the image with an intent to harm.
