Underwriters In U.S. Steel Offering Seek To Appeal Fraud Suit
U.S. Steel Corp. and several banks acting as underwriters in the company's second public offering have requested permission from a Pennsylvania federal judge to appeal her September ruling that investors have adequate standing for securities fraud claims they brought over the offering, calling the issue a "controlling question of law."

U.S. Steel Faces Shareholders' Suit Over Large Stock Drop
