Maryland logistics company XPO Last Mile Inc. unlawfully rescinded a job offer it made to a Jewish man who could not work on Rosh Hashanah due to his religious beliefs, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges in a new suit filed Tuesday in Maryland federal court.
