    Conn. Judge Recuses Herself In Rail Car Injury Case

    A Connecticut federal judge recused herself Monday from a case brought by a rail yard worker against Kawasaki Rail Car Company Inc. after the employee’s lawyer said that he had chaired a local bar association committee that pronounced the judge “unqualified” when she was nominated to the federal bench.
