Scotts Gets OK For Deal Ending 'Fluctuating Workweek' Suit
A New York federal judge gave an initial thumbs-up Friday to lawn products manufacturer The Scotts Co. LLC's agreement to pay just over $1 million to end a class action alleging that its use of the "fluctuating workweek" overtime calculation method shorted the pay of about 200 hourly workers.
