Kellogg Must Face False Ad Suit Over Pringles Flavoring
A California federal judge on Friday refused Kellogg Co.'s bid to toss a putative class action alleging the snack maker deceptively advertises its Pringles salt-and-vinegar chips as naturally flavored, finding that the consumers sufficiently alleged they were misled and could be harmed in the future, a standard set under a recent Ninth Circuit ruling.
