    A New Jersey federal judge said that a Manhattan Ford dealership cannot escape an arbitrator's ruling that it owes $2.55 million to a pension fund it withdrew from, finding the rate at which the fund's actuary calculated the dealership's withdrawal liability was not unreasonable.
