    Marketers Can't Toss FTC's $43M Discount Clubs Fraud Suit

    A Georgia federal judge rejected efforts by several marketers to escape the Federal Trade Commission’s litigation accusing them of bilking consumers out of $43 million by secretly signing them up for bogus discount club memberships, saying the agency has sufficiently alleged the purported scheme and the suit isn’t barred by previous litigation.
