    Medical Records Co. Reaches $4.9M Deal To Resolve OT Suit

    Workers for medical records company Optimum Healthcare IT LLC have reached a $4.9 million class action settlement with the company over unpaid overtime and have asked a Pennsylvania federal court to approve it, along with $1.6 million in fees for attorneys from Berger Montague, Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC and Blanchard & Walker PLLC.
