SUNY Albany Aces Female Tennis Team's Gender Bias Suit
A New York federal judge handed the State University of New York at Albany a win in a suit accusing the school of discrimination after it shuttered its women's tennis team, ruling that the athletes request for relief could undermine an agreement the school entered into over Title IX compliance.

SUNY Didn't Ax Women's Tennis Because Of Bias, Judge Says
A New York federal judge on Thursday gutted a proposed class action alleging the State University of New York at Albany's decision to eliminate its women's tennis team and not renew the coach's contract was fueled by gender and age discrimination, tossing claims for punitive damages and allegations of Title IX retaliation, among others.
