    Senior housing builder Dover Development LLC of Missouri has sued Tennessee-based Dover Development Corp. for alleged trademark infringement, saying in a complaint filed Friday that DDC's use of the "Dover Development" name is especially troubling given DDC owner Rick Dover's criminal past.
