Claire's, Carnival Hit With Blind Access Suits Over Websites
Two more blind access lawsuits were filed Monday in Florida alleging the websites of both mall jewelry and accessories retailer Claire's Stores Inc. and cruise company Carnival Corp. are inaccessible to the visually impaired who use screen-reading software to read website content.
