American Airlines Inks $9.8M Disability Deal With EEOC
American Airlines Inc. and Envoy Air Inc. entered into a $9.8 million consent decree with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Friday, ending claims filed the same day in Arizona federal court alleging the companies' return-to-work policy was discriminatory toward employees with disabilities.
