States Coalition Backs Challenge To 'Turnback' Asylum Policy
A coalition of states, led by the California attorney general's office, has thrown its support behind a challenge lodged by legal services nonprofit Al Otro Lado and a proposed class of asylum seekers against U.S. Customs and Border Protection's alleged policy to illegally turn back migrants seeking asylum at the southwestern border.
