    Nike, Others Say Alice Nixes 11 Cellspin Soft IP Suits

    Nike, Fitbit and nine other companies urged a federal judge Tuesday to toss nine lawsuits brought by Cellspin Soft accusing them of infringing four data uploading patents with their fitness trackers and other products, arguing the patents describe abstract ideas that aren't patentable under the Supreme Court's 2014 Alice ruling.
