A Tennessee federal magistrate judge has recommended that Nashville boutique Neal & Harwell PLC be disqualified in a dispute over rights to an educational program developed by a Vanderbilt University professor, due to the fact that an attorney at the firm representing the professor had previously worked for Vanderbilt and on the university's preparations for the suit.
