Shumaker Loop & Kendrick LLP on Thursday faced a motion to disqualify it as defense counsel for drinkware manufacturer Tervis Tumbler Co. in a $25 million trade secrets suit, as plaintiff Trinity Graphic USA Inc. says the firm has also represented it on intellectual property matters.
