Chase Looks To Nix 'Frivolous' Fla. Foreclosure Suit
JPMorgan Chase Bank NA asked a Florida federal judge Tuesday to sanction a man claiming the bank and others committed fraud in connection with a foreclosure action taken on a property in Orlando, calling the case "frivolous" and saying the man and his attorney know there is no reasonable basis for the lawsuit.
