    A South Carolina federal judge on Sunday axed a proposed class action accusing Google and its YouTube subsidiary of unlawfully collecting and monetizing personal information from children under 13, ruling that a jury was unlikely to be "repulsed" by the alleged conduct and that the claims were preempted by federal law.
