Judge Nixes Suit Against Ariz. Agency Over Navajo Coal Plant
An Arizona federal judge on Sunday tossed a suit over the planned closure of the Navajo Generating Station, saying the Hopi Tribe, a coal company and a labor union hadn't shown that forcing a state water agency to keep purchasing power would help the plant find a buyer.
