    A West Virginia federal judge rejected Monday a proposed class's bid to move to county court a lawsuit alleging that Air Evac EMS Inc. overcharged for transporting medical patients, ruling that the air ambulance company met its burden to establish jurisdiction under the U.S. Class Action Fairness Act.
