NJ Gov., Teachers Union Fight Post-Janus Bid To Escape Dues
New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and the state's largest teachers union have urged a federal court to squash a bid by educators for a ruling that would enable former union members to stop paying dues immediately, saying such payroll deductions are required for a certain additional period of time under their membership agreements.
