Conn. Attys Get Fees In 'Frivolous' Sex Assault Cover-Up Case

A Connecticut federal judge has awarded about $250,000 in costs and fees to attorneys defending Greenwich, Connecticut, amid allegations town police helped cover up a sexual assault, with the award meant to represent hours billed after the judge said the plaintiff should have dropped her claim, calling the accuser's continuation of the suit "frivolous."
