    SEC Secures Settlement In Alleged $61M Ponzi Scheme

    A San Diego company and one of its executives have agreed to pay back $4.5 million obtained in an alleged Ponzi scheme, along with $245,726 in prejudgment interest and $480,000 in penalties, to resolve a civil complaint by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the agency said Thursday.
