Ad buyers asked an Illinois federal judge Wednesday for her final signoff on a $48 million deal settling CBS, Cox and Fox out of multidistrict litigation over an alleged scheme among U.S. broadcasters to fix television ad prices, saying it would provide substantial relief while "eliminating the risk, uncertainty, and expense of continuing litigation."
