EEOC's Race Bias Suit Against BBQ Joint Gets Trimmed
A North Carolina federal judge has pared down a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit claiming a black female former employee of a barbecue restaurant was doused with hot barbecue sauce and called racial epithets by a white co-worker, though part of the case is still moving forward to trial.
