8th Circ. Nixes Minn. Cities' Coal Tar Contamination Appeal
Minnesota cities that alleged a coal tar chemical in pavement sealers contaminated their stormwater ponds and agreed to conditionally dismiss their claims against sealer manufacturers to appeal an order dismissing their claims against coal tar refiners did not create a final appealable decision, a split Eighth Circuit panel said Wednesday.
