Kraft Heinz executives concealed supply chain problems, downplayed faulty internal controls and misrepresented key financial data amid a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation into the food giant's accounting methods, leading share value to drop, according to a shareholder's proposed class action filed in Illinois federal court Sunday.
