    Fla. Mobile Home Owners Sue Park Over Lot Rental Scheme

    A group of elderly Florida homeowners has officially had it with their mobile home park owner's alleged schemes to force them from their property. In a suit filed Wednesday, a putative class of the homeowners accused the park's owners of increasing lot rental prices and fees and pushing out residents who are members of the homeowners association, which has complained about conditions at the park.
